ITS will perform system maintenance and important updates on the Zimbra e-mail system on Saturday, Oct. 26, 2013. This will require 8 hours of down time beginning at 8 a.m. We expect to have the process completed by 4 p.m.
During this time:
- No e-mail will flow into or out of HVCC which includes student email.
- Pending e-mail deliveries will be queued until the upgrade is complete.
- Any mobile devices that connect to Zimbra may report connection errors, which is normal.
