The campus has learned of the untimely passing of Edward Benton, former adjunct professor in the Criminal Justice Department and husband of Malu Benton, associate professor in the department of English, Foreign Languages and English as a Second Language. Mr. Benton died Sunday, July 9.
Calling hours are 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, July 14 at the McVeigh Funeral Home, 208 North Allen St., Albany. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Columbia-Green Humane Society, 125 Humane Society Road, Hudson, NY 12534.
