Office 365 authentication issue

 

NOTE: Online Office 365 has an authentication issue and Microsoft has been notified.

This should not affect the Outlook application or mobile devices.

UPDATE:

What was the problem?
Between 7:30am and 9:00am this morning, HVCC experienced a token failure between our Federation Server and Office 365. This outage affected users attempting to gain access to Office 365 via the web interface.

Resolution
As of 9:00am, the system failure was remediated through Microsoft and access has been restored to the campus. Services were impacted for approximately 1.5 hours.
