On Wednesday, Nov. 19, all users who order office supplies online will receive an e-mail from Office Max with instructions on how to access the Office Max website to order office supplies. The e-mail will contain your username and password.
With the addition of this contract, office supplies may be purchased from either Office Max and Staples. I encourage you to compare prices from both vendors before finalizing your purchase.
Ordering from Office Max will be exactly the same process that you use for Staples orders. Once you complete your online order, please create your purchase requisition in Banner.
The Office Max vendor code in Banner is H00351356, and the contract number is E and I, T002713.
Deliveries will be made to your desktop.
