Pasture-raised lamb for the holidays

 

Now available — local, pasture-raised lamb

The sheep are raised in Schaghticoke and processed at SUNY Cobleskill’s Meat & Fisheries Processing Laboratory.

The lab serves as a hands-on teaching laboratory for students and provides a “real world” environment for processing meat under the supervision of laboratory staff.

All products were processed under the direction of instructors and under federal inspection.
