Welcome to the Spring 2013 semester.
Over the last quarter of 2012, the Physical Plant converted to a new work order system. The new system will provide features to the Physical Plant department that will save administrative expenses and provide operational efficiencies.
All faculty and staff of the college are able to access the system with an ID and password. To obtain your ID and password, please contact Tina Maloney (t.maloney@hvcc.edu) or Sue Costello (s.costello@hvcc.edu). They also will be able to provide a quick tutorial over the phone if you are unfamiliar with the system.
Please submit work orders for items on campus in need of repair. This includes custodial, grounds and other maintenance requests. General maintenance items are not charged to a department’s budget. Specialized items and requests that have significant costs will be reviewed with the Director of Physical Plant.
