The Physical Plant department’s work order system now has an added component that affords work request generators the opportunity to complete a follow-up survey. The change is aimed at monitoring services provided campus wide.
Upon the completion of your work request, you will receive an e-mail message requesting your valued input as it relates to to your work request. Please open the link and complete the survey.Your input is important feedback that will aid our department in providing and improving our service to the campus community. (Initially, the system will generate a survey for every fifth work request submitted.)
