Billy Collins, former New York State Poet Laureate and United States Poet Laureate, reads from and discusses his work on Friday, April 11 in the Maureen Stapleton Theatre. This very special event begins at 11 a.m. and will be followed by a book signing and reception.
Collins’ latest book is “Aimless Love: New and Selected Poems.” His work has been published in many magazines and journals. (Copies of several of his books are available in the Viking’s Cove Bookstore.)
The program is presented by the Cultural Affairs Program in association with the Department of English, Foreign Languages and English as a Second Language.
