This Windsor-style rocking chair is well older than I am — so yes, that makes us both antiques!
It was purchased from the Hale Furniture Co. in East Arlington, VT. The company existed from 1879 to 1992. This is solid maple and still very sturdy. The chair has some wear and tear in the finish in some places, but overall a really nice piece for its age.
Two, very similar chairs on Ebay were priced as high as $151. I’m now asking $85. I can transport it to campus. Contact Tanya at t.hicks@hvcc.edu.
