Beginning May 31:
- Please email all catering orders and inquiries to Jon Simmons — j.simmons@hvcc.edu or jons@mazzonehospitality.com. Jon’s phone number is (518) 629-7173.
- Copy catering@hvcc.edu on your email.
- Please reach out to Jon at least one week prior to your event with the event location, date, time, guest count, and menu choices. The PRIME at HVCC catering menu can be found by clicking here.
Prior to the end of May, please do not hesitate to reach out to Jessica Henesy — j.henesy@hvcc.edu/518-629-7174 — regarding upcoming events, to finalize any event details, or with any other questions. Jessica is leaving PRIME at HVCC at the end of May to pursue other opportunities.
