John Otswald, associate professor in the Department of History, Philosophy and Social Sciences, is one of four featured panelists at the Community Mental Health Forum, co-sponsored by the University at Albany School of Social Welfare and the University Auxiliary Services. The forum is Thursday, March 5 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Milne 200, UAlbany Downtown Campus.
The forum highlights mental health issues encountered by students, veterans, adults and the elderly.
