The college learned this week that the Radiologic Technology program has received an 18-month extension of its initial accreditation status from the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT).
The JRCERT is the only agency recognized by the United States Department of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation for accreditation of educational programs in radiography, radiation therapy, magnetic resonance and medical dosimetry. Accreditation by the JRCERT provides positive peer evaluation and assures the public of quality professional education in the radiologic sciences.
