When I heard about the stabbing incident on our campus on Nov. 3, my heart was broken to pieces. I was crying within my heart thinking about the victim’s family. Then I spent some time in prayer to calm down my mind and all of a sudden, the verse Genesis 32:26 came to my mind.
This kind of prayer ? gets God’s attention very quickly.
If we pray ? like this every day when we enter into our prayer chamber, we are sure to receive ? our answer without much delay.
For God to answer our prayer ? quickly, it is necessary to abandon everything that is not pleasing to Him.
As we approach the New Year, let us all reflect on our lives, get rid of whatever needs to be eliminated and align our lives with God’s word ? to experience the abundant life that God has intended for each of us to live in this world ?.
