Registration now open: Faculty Workshop Day on Feb. 26

Faculty Workshop Day 2014 — Using Our Strengths to Move Forward — is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 26.

Once again this year, our keynote presenter will be David R. Katz III, professor of Political Science & History and executive director of Organizational Development at Mohawk Valley Community College in Utica, NY

Professor Katz  was very well received at last years’ FWD event. He has mentored faculty and staff on pedagogical, motivational and leadership issues at community college campuses across the country, at national educational conferences, and has presented to public and corporate audiences. Beyond his keynote, David will also be offering a concurrent workshop entitled Dynamic and Motivating Learning Environments.

Fifteen distinct workshops will be offered during the concurrent sessions. Detailed program information, workshop descriptions and registration options can be found at https://www.hvcc.edu/facultyworkshop/index.html. (Use the menu on the left of the page.)

Please plan on joining us in this annual event promoting interaction, growth and professional development!
