Reminder:
If you have not gone paperless, the 2019 Lump Sum Payroll Request Form was enclosed with your March 15, 2019 paycheck or direct deposit stub. For those who have gone paperless or need another copy of the form, the form is also available on the Payroll Office website at https://www.hvcc.edu/finance/payroll/lumpsum.pdf.
If interested, the form must be signed and returned to the Payroll Office by Friday, April 26, 2019.
The Lump Sum pay will be issued on May 24, 2019.
