The Troy Record reported Nov. 1 on the grand opening of the Rensselaer County Workforce Development Center that is located in the Siek Campus Center on the Hudson Valley Community College campus.
The center will operate in conjunction with the Capital Regional Workforce Development Board. Its members joined college and elected officials at a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Oct. 27.
