Respondus Lockdown Browser Problems and Troubleshooting

 

We are investigating reports that students encounter problems when launching tests on Chromebooks or using Chrome on PC or Mac. For some users, allowing pop-ups or restarting Lockdown Browser has resolved the issues, while in other instances, we recommended that students try accessing the test from another computer.
