The Hudson Valley Community College Foundation is offering scholarships to students continuing their studies in the 2017-18 academic year. Current students must apply using our online application process.
To apply online, please follow these steps:
— Login to WIReD (www.hvcc.edu/wired).
— Click on “Enrollment, Financial Aid, Student Accounts and Student Services” tab.
— Click on “Financial Aid” link.
— Click on “Foundation Scholarships.”
Before applying, please keep in mind the following:
Many scholarships require submission of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Please be sure your FAFSA is on file before applying for scholarships.
The application process requires one, 250-word essay describing your educational and vocational objectives. This essay is used for all scholarships for which you apply – there is no need to write separate essays for each scholarship.
Please apply for all scholarships that are listed for you even if a secondary message screen indicates you may not be eligible for that particular scholarship.
