The Hudson Valley Community College Foundation is offering scholarships to students continuing their studies in the 2013-14 academic year. Current students must apply using our online application process.
To apply online, please follow these steps:
- Login to WIReD (www.hvcc.edu/wired).
- Click on “Enrollment, Financial Aid, Student Accounts and Student Services” tab.
- Click on “Financial Aid” link.
- Click on “Foundation Scholarships.”
Before applying, please note and keep in mind the following:
- Many scholarships require submission of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Please be sure your FAFSA is on file before applying for scholarships.
- The application process requires one 250-word essay describing your educational and vocational objectives. This essay is used for all scholarships for which you apply – there is no need to write separate essays for each scholarship.
- Please apply for all scholarships that are listed for you even if a secondary message screen indicates you may not be eligible for that particular scholarship.
