The Hudson Valley Community College Foundation is offering scholarships to students continuing their studies in the 2016-2017 academic year. The application process opened on Jan. 19, and the deadline for completed applications is March 25.
The Foundation Scholarship Committee would like to remind all faculty and staff that the Faculty Staff Scholarship for Dependents of HVCC Employees is available to dependents who meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Must be a full-time matriculated student in Fall 2016
- Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher (or high school equivalent)
- Must meet the guidelines of dependent status as stated in the federal financial aide guidelines
Students should apply for all scholarships for which they might be eligible at www.hvcc.edu/scholarships and then complete a separate application/verification form which is available by emailing scholarships@hvcc.edu or by stopping by the Foundation Offices in Fitzgibbons 131 across from the Dental Hygiene Clinic.
