On Wednesday, Oct. 13, Chartwells is sponsoring a farmers’ market from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Quad in front of the Siek Campus Center. This event will feature seasonal foods from local artisan bakers and farms.
Those selling their products include:
All Good Bakers – baked goods
Altamont Orchards – apples, pies, donuts and cider
Dutch Desserts – tarts
Newcomb Farm – jams and salsas
Sap Bush Hollow Farm – burgers and sausage
All proceeds will benefit the Hudson Valley Community College Food Pantry. This is the perfect opportunity to enjoy the tastes of autumn while supporting students in need!
