The Hudson Valley Community College Foundation is proud to announce that its Second Chance Scholarship application period is open to students who not only have financial need, but who also have overcome tremendous personal obstacles in order to pursue an education. The goal of the program is to reward those who demonstrate the initiative and desire to achieve self-sufficiency through education. Recipients are also rewarded for academic success; the higher your grades, the more the award.
