The love seat is in very good condition. The sofa has some thread ware on middle panel and on one arm, but it’s not extremely noticeable because of the fabric pattern. The sofa is 87″ long, the love seat is 68″ long, and both are 31″ high and 35″ deep. (The sofa looks darker in the photo than it is. Both pieces match the colors shown in the photo of the love seat.)
