Therapeutic Sound w/ Amy McTear
Be transported by the psycho-acoustic sounds of the symphonic gong, crystal singing bowls, Native American flute, monochord, chimes and other exotic world instruments. Palpable sound waves move over the skin, nourishing the nervous system with therapeutic sound. Lie down or sit comfortably, with the option to gently vocalize or move in response to the sound waves.
Labyrinth walking is used worldwide as a way to quiet the mind, recover a balance in life, and encourage meditation, insight, self-reflection, stress reduction, innovation, and celebration. The practice is a non-denominational, cross-cultural blueprint for well-being, open to all, integrating the body, mind, and spirit.
