Spring 2012 and Summer 2012 Degree/Certificate Application Deadlines
This is a reminder that the degree/certificate application deadlines for Spring 2012 and Summer 2012 graduation are as follows:
Spring 2012 — Friday, March 30, 2012
Summer 2012 — Friday, June 15, 2012
If a student plans on graduating either in May or August, a completed degree/certificate application must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office by the appropriate deadline as noted above. Please note that a completed degree/certificate application requires department chairperson/advisor signature. Applications received after the noted date will be considered for graduation for the following semester (i.e., an application received on March 31 will be considered a Summer 2012 application and an application received on June 16 will be considered a Fall 2012 application).
Summer 2012 graduates are invited to the May Commencement ceremony. This will be the only commencement ceremony that a student can attend. If a student wishes to participate and have his or her name appear in the Commencement program, a student must have a completed degree application submitted by the March 30 deadline.

This Degree Application Deadline reminder has been posted to the Student Announcement Board and all students have been sent a reminder e-mails to their HVCC e-mail account.
