It’s that time of year again. The sun is shining, the weather’s getting warmer, and more importantly, it’s almost time for the annual Spring Fest!
Spring Fest will take place on Wednesday and Thursday, Apr. 27 and 28. The Student Senate and the Programming Committee would like to honor the existing clubs on campus by showcasing the active student life. To do so, we thought a parade would be an exciting event for both club members and the rest of the student body. The parade is meant to promote each club while creating awareness for those who may not be familiar with them. This will reflect the sustainability and diversity of student life at HVCC.
The parade will take place on Apr. 28 at 11:30 a.m. The parade will allow each club to create a club banner that will be donated following the parade to the Student Senate to promote each club in the future. We hope to make this a traditional, innovative, fun aspect of Spring Fest.
