As you know, HVCC is retiring the aging Avaya system and implementing a new campus phone system based on Microsoft Teams. We have arranged training sessions on the Microsoft Teams platform and phones. Seats are still available in many of the training sessions lined up over the two days, Nov. 17 and 18. These will be instructor-led sessions offered via Zoom. You can register for a session up until the moment it begins or it fills up. The training will also be recorded and will be made available afterward.
These timeslots are available on Nov. 17 and 18:
- 9 to 10 a.m.
- 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
- noon to 1 p.m.
- 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.
- 3 to 4 p.m.

Once registered, you’ll receive an automated calendar invitation with the Zoom link. We encourage questions, so don’t hesitate to speak up.
