Dr. Will Miller, our strategic planning consultant, will be releasing a survey that everyone is encouraged to complete. Employees and students will be asked to identify our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis) as well as to identify future directions for the college.
All faculty and staff are also invited to attend one of several Strategic Plan “listening sessions” to be conducted by Dr. Miller in person on Feb. 26 and 27. Please review the schedule to find the date, time and location of the session for your group. In addition to the in-person sessions, virtual sessions are identified on the schedule for faculty and students. (Links to access the sessions on Zoom will be shared soon for both faculty and students.)
