Dr. Will Miller, our strategic planning consultant, sent a survey to your HVCC email on Monday, Feb. 12, that everyone is encouraged to complete. The survey asks you to identify the college’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis), as well as to identify future directions for HVCC.
All faculty and staff are also invited to attend one of several Strategic Plan “listening sessions” to be conducted by Dr. Miller in person on Feb. 26 and 27. Please review the schedule to find the date, time and location of the session for your group.
In addition to the in-person sessions, virtual sessions are identified on the schedule for faculty. Please register here to receive the Zoom link.
