Spring is here!
At Hudson Valley Community College, we are seeing changes across our campus, and we should expect to see even more as we enter Spring of 2022. While change is sometimes unsettling for some, it may help to realize that many of the changes we are seeing were planned back in 2019, as part of our Strategic Plan that was developed with input from all employees and stakeholders.
From the renovations of Lang, Guenther and TEC-SMART to the opening of the VET-ROC Center in the Campus Center, along with new signage to aid student wayfinding, there is a common theme. The theme is adapting to our future environment and future student needs as we understand them today, and as they have been outlined in the Strategic Plan.
We will continue to enhance our campus environment along with the right mix of programs and teaching methods and modalities to prepare for our future. For more detailed information on the Strategic Plan, view it in Blackboard at the Institutional Effectiveness portal.
