Student Communications Calendar Preview
WHAT: The Student Communications Calendar is a calendar that identifies what is being sent to students, when it’s sent and by whom. The calendar will include mailings (U.S. mailings and e-mailings) and phone calls.
WHERE: Here’s the link to the calendar, which also will be posted on the the Faculty Staff web page (left hand side): https://stucomm.hvcc.edu. Enter your e-mail username and your e-mail password. All employees have access to the calendar.
WHY: It’s a way for student service offices to share information with the campus and is a resource for employees.
HOW: The Student Communication Calendar was made possible through the support of the Enrollment Committee, the departments posting information to the calendar, and Bette Frisino and Sue Glaude.
ETC.: Not all offices have posted their communications yet, but the calendar will be completed by August.
