The 7th Annual Student Film Festival — 15 Minutes Max — is Saturday, Oct. 13 from 3 to 5 p.m. on The College of Saint Rose campus (see exact location below).
The festival showcases original films by high school, college, and university students within a 50-mile radius of Albany. Prizes of $50 to $200 dollars are awarded.
Hudson Valley Community College students and graduates have been among the top prize winners in past years. Three current students are 2018 finalists: Camille Dobbs, Destiny Pezzolla and Maddie King, who is enrolled through the College in the High School program. Thomas M. McWatters, who graduated in May 2018 with a degree in Chemical Dependency Counseling, also is a finalist.

Location: The festival will be held in the Carondelet Symposium on the third floor of the Thelma P. Lally Building at 1009 Madison Ave. in Albany.
