The College of Saint Rose is hosting a film festival — 15 Min Max — with submissions open to all college students within a 50-mile radius of its campus.
Submission guidelines and quick facts:
- The festival is juried with prizes of $100-$500 available
- Films have a run time of 15 minutes or less
- Films can be submitted by any student enrolled in any institution of higher education within a 50-mile radius of The College of Saint Rose
- Films can explore any genre, fiction, documentary, non-narrative, music video, PSA, but must adhere to a PG-13 rating system
- Films cannot include material under copyright, whether graphic or music, unless permission is granted by copyright owner
- Films must abide by the Center of Social Media’s Code of Best Practices in Fair Use for Online Video
- Deadline for submitting films is Friday, May 9, 2014 at 11:59 p.m.
- 15 Min Max Festival will be held from 5-7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 3, 2014
