SUNY CPD is offering a series of interactive webinars aimed at Department Chairs (both new and experienced) that will examine topics relevant to the role and discuss leadership challenges that Chairs face on a day-to-day basis.
Webinars were designed in partnership with the Company of Experts and includes input from their Department Chair Institute, an inquiry-based learning opportunity designed for new or experienced first-level academic leaders.

Group Dynamics – Feb. 28, 2013 at 3-4 p.m. ET
Conflict Management – March 21, 2013 at 3-4 p.m. ET
Leading From the Middle – April 25, 2013 at 3-4 p.m. ET
Evaluating and Mentoring Faculty – May 16, 2013 at 3-4 p.m. ET
Decision Making – June 13, 2013 at 3-4 p.m. ET
