A Surplus Sale will be held Wednesday, Aug. 6, from 8 a.m. to noon in the Administration Building lower lobby. Please feel free to come by and take a look since it is staged there now.
This sale will feature an assortment of chairs, file cabinets, work surfaces and miscellaneous furniture pieces that we would like to have up-cycled as opposed to disposal or recycling.
Out-of-service electronics – old PCs (no hard drive or OS), monitors, printers, speakers and AV equipment – that will be recycled after the sale also will be available.
All the above items will be just $1 and must be removed by Friday, Aug. 8.
To facilitate clean up and preparation for the fall semester, 25 Lenovo laptops (no hard drive or OS) will be offered for $20 and 40 pieces of lightly-used gala seating are available for $10 a piece. Lastly, a large, old, heavy tool box will be raffled for $10 to those who put their name in the hat.
