Dear Fellow Employees,
Its time to register for Take Our Children to Work Day 2013! To register for this event, please e-mail the following information to d.blesi@hvcc.edu:
- Employee’s name
- Child’s name
- Child’s age
To facilitate planning, registration closes Friday, April 19 at noon!
Please refer to this flyer for specific information about the day and a schedule of events.
General Information
Starting at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 25, you may check-in and pick up your child’s name tag in room 150, which is next to the bookstore on the main level of the Siek Campus Center.
- You may attend a different activity each hour or attend only some of the activities.
- The minimum age for participating in the activities is 4 to 7 years. Older children are most welcome, but please be advised the programs have been created specifically for the 4 to 7 age group. In addition, adult sponsors (or someone designated by them) must be able to escort the children to the various activities and stay with them during the activities. So, be sure to get prior approval from your supervisor before registering for this event.
- Please make every effort to be on time for the activities.
- Please join us for our closing reception at 1 p.m. in the exhibition room, where certificates of participation will be presented!
