Assistant Professor Toni Howard received a Leadership Award from CW3 Stephen Breen of the U.S. Army last Thursday at ABC Sports and Fitness Center in Latham. Howard started a fitness program called “Get Your Rear in Gear” to prepare runners for a 5K to raise funds for the Colon Cancer Coalition.
