Teams Phone Migration Paused

 

Greetings colleagues,

I wanted to inform you that ITS has paused the rollout of the Teams Phones until after the holiday break. We encountered audio quality and login issues during the implementation in one of our buildings. We believe the problems are isolated to a small area, but we need time to confirm and remediate them before continuing.

We will pick up the migration after the new year, and an updated schedule will be posted in the Campus Chronicle. Thank you so much for being so patient while we work through these new-technology-teething issues.
