Greetings to the Campus Community,
I want to acknowledge and say “thank you” to the hundreds of students, staff and faculty who helped make yesterday’s Inaugural Spirit Day a huge success! ?
We estimate that more than 500 folks donated a food item to the pantry and an equal number stopped by for the Spirit Day festivities in the Campus Center. Thanks to all of you
who contributed to this effort, and we are pleased to note that the food pantry is well stocked as we head toward the end of the fall semester.
I would also extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff of the Div. of Enrollment and Student Development who sponsored and coordinated this event.
Finally, it is our hope to create and develop more Campus Spirit events–so if your dept or organization has an idea for sponsoring something special, please contact Louis Coplin.
