I apologize for the lateness of this thank you. As you can imagine, the first weeks after the fire were emotionally exhausting. And later, as I tried to put some words of gratitude together, they seemed trite. They lacked the the depth of gratefulness I was feeling.
Even these words seem lacking somehow, but please know that I am still overwhelmed by the generosity the campus community showered on me. Friends and colleagues came through during one of the most difficult times of my life. And I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
