Michael Such heads back to the classroom full-time this week after serving as the CET Faculty Liaison on a reduced load for the past three years. Michael was the first faculty member to take on the position when it changed from a full to a partial reduced load and he was instrumental in shaping the faculty liaison role into what it is today.
Michael was very successful in reaching out to campus departments to identify programming needs and increasing the marketing efforts and communication about CET programs through the Campus Chronicle. He was the impetus behind the New Faculty Organization in Blackboard and was also responsible for setting up a variety of trainings and workshops for the college community.
Michael’s years as the CET Faculty Liaison were significant in many ways and I would like to say a great big ‘tHANK YOU’ to him for all his efforts to provide programming and services for our campus community. Michael will continue his connection with the CET in the role of faculty mentor beginning this fall.
Such steps back into the classroom full-time after a successful three-year term as CET Faculty Liaison.
