Thank you to all of the dodgeball participants, as we had nine teams compete in a single elimination round until we found our final three teams. The bracket was then reset in a three-team round robin, ending in a sudden death elimination between our top two teams.
Thank you to the Student-Athletes Leading Together (S.A.L.T.) program for their assistance in running the tournament from set up, registration tables and tournament management.
Through our efforts, we raised $300 to benefit the Ronald McDonald House Charities Adopt-A-Family program.
If you would like to make a monetary donation toward our goal in adopting a family through the Ronald McDonald House, please contact Adam Sopris (a.sopris@hvcc.edu)to set up a time to collect any additional donations through Friday, Nov. 16. The more funds we raise, we will be able to sponsor more families through the Ronald McDonald House.
