Thanks to the hard work of many dedicated people, the Thor Store is now open for business!
The Thor Store is the college’s e-procurement platform that will eventually replace the current Banner requisition process for your purchasing needs. Initial training was held in September and additional training will be offered February 26, 27 and 28. A training schedule will follow and you will be able to select your preferred time slot.
For those who would like to look around the Thor Store, the link is available on the Purchasing web page under “Employee Use.” You will be required to log in with your college user name and password. Once in the Thor Store, feel free to look around the site especially at our suppliers.
There are currently 16 enabled suppliers in the Thor Store with additional suppliers on the way. If there is a supplier/vendor that you use often that is NOT in the Thor Store please send an e-mail to purchasing@hvcc.edu and we will do everything we can to get them set up. In the meantime, please feel free to place orders for the existing suppliers/vendors and please do not hesitate to contact the Purchasing Office if you have any questions.
