Women’s Basketball: The Hudson Valley Community College women’s basketball dominated SUNY Adirondack on the road to claim a 76-27 victory in Queensbury on Nov. 29. The Vikings were led by Payton Graber, who finished the game with 21 points on seven field goals made and 5-of-5 from the free throw line. Nya Ewans-Edmonds added 19 points and Sidney Phillips had a strong game with a career-best 16 points, including 10 points in the second half of the game.

Men’s Basketball: Hudson Valley Community College men’s basketball team dropped a tough road match, 93-86, against Adirondack which snapped the Vikings four-game win streak in Queensbury on Nov. 29. Leading the way for the Vikings was Trevor Green, who finished the game with a game-best 30 points. Green made nine field goals, including a pair of three-point field goals and shot 10-of-11 from the free throw line. Demani Benjamin posted 19 points and Jourdan Belcher finished the game with nine points.
