Men’s and Women’s Cross Country: The men’s and women’s cross country program sprints out to a quick start to the 2023 season as they participate in the SUNY Poly Short Course in Utica on Saturday, Sept. 2.
Football: The football team kicked off the 2023 season on Aug. 26 and secured a 21-3 home win over Castleton State JV. Cam Harbaugh finished the game 19-of-21 for 228 yards and three touchdowns. Shamily Joppy was a lockdown defender with two interceptions to lead the dominant defense against the Spartans. Football looks to start the season 2-0 for the second consecutive year as they travel to Thaddeus Stevens on Saturday, Sept. 2 at 2 p.m.
Men’s Soccer: Men’s soccer has been playing well in their scrimmages and are set to begin regular season play Saturday, Sept. 2 at home as they host Finger Lakes Community College at 3:30 p.m.
Women’s Soccer: Women’s Soccer begins the 2023 season this weekend as part of a home doubleheader with the men’s program. They host Finger Lakes at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 2 at the Outdoor Athletic Complex.

Women’s Volleyball: Women’s volleyball had a tough start to its season as they played two, top-10 NJCAA programs at the Dutchess Double Duel on Aug. 26. They are poised to compete for a Region 3 playoff spot this season and are set to begin Region 3 play Saturday, Sept. 2 at Finger Lakes. They will play the host Lakers at 3 p.m. and Monroe CC at 1 p.m.
