Women’s Basketball (7-2) went 2-1 last week including big wins at home against Monroe College -Bronx and Corning Community College. The Vikings set an NJCAA record for most combined points scored in a game by defeating Corning 104-101 (2OT). Hannah Kreiger led all scorers with 30 points. The Vikings are on the road Wednesday, Dec. 6 at Onondaga (5 p.m.) and Sunday, Dec. 10 at Tompkins-Cortland (1 p.m.).
Men’s Basketball (4-6) ended its four-game losing skid after defeating Corning Community College, 88-77, on Sunday afternoon. Sophomore forward Mitchell Dame led all scorers with 24 points, scoring 12 points in each half and tallied 11 made-baskets. Dave Reo had a nice game, hitting three, 3-point shots and finished with 18 total points. The Vikings are on the road Wednesday, Dec. 6 at Onondaga (7 p.m.) and Sunday, Dec. 10 at Tompkins-Cortland (3 p.m.).
