Here’s a run down of recent and upcoming Viking action.

Women’s Soccer (2-0) had a strong start to the 2018 season over the weekend as they outscored their opponents 15-1. Sydnee Metzold guided the Vikings to the fast start behind her four goals and three assists, including three goals in Sunday’s 9-0 win over Tompkins Cortland.

Up Next: Women’s soccer is off this week and returns to action on Tuesday, Sept. 4 when the team travels to play Dutchess at 7 p.m.

Men’s Soccer (1-1) earned the split over the weekend with a pair of hard fought games. Following a 2-0 defeat to Finger Lakes on Saturday, freshman Ryan Willis scored all of the Vikings goals in their 2-1 win over Tompkins Cortland on Sunday.

Up Next: Men’s soccer is off this week and returns to action on Tuesday, Sept. 4 when the team travels to play Fulton-Montgomery at 4 p.m.

Football (0-0) is ready to kick off the new season on Saturday, Sept. 1 as the Vikings welcome Nassau to Troy for the 2018 season opener. Game time is scheduled for a 1 p.m. start at the Outdoor Athletic Complex.

Cross Country is also ready to start its 2018 campaign this Saturday, Sept. 1 as the team participates in the SUNY Poly Invitational.
