Cross Country
The men’s team finished second at the Mountain Valley Conference meet on Saturday, Oct. 21. Ismail Subri, Anton Conto, Holden Maynard, Ryan Moon and Jeremy Marcy all finished inside the top 15 for the Vikings.
The women’s team had three individuals compete with all three — Sarah Rosenberger (5th – 22:44), Mercedes Planavsky (8th – 23:31) and Hayley Smith (12th – 24:55) — finishing the race in the top-12.
Cross country will be participating in Regional Meet hosted by Finger Lakes Community College on Saturday, Oct. 28.
Football (1-6) lost a tough game at home against Monroe College, 24-0. The football team travels to face Erie Community College Saturday, Oct. 28 at noon.
Men’s Soccer (9-7) concluded the 2017 regular season with a 9-1 win over Jefferson Community College. The Vikings earned the No.7 seed in the 2017 NJCAA Region III tournament and will host Finger Lakes Community College Tuesday, Oct. 24 at 6 p.m.
Women’s Soccer (11-4) now has now won seven straight after defeating Jefferson, 5-3, on Sunday, Oct. 22. The Vikings secured the No.5 seed in the 2017 NJCAA Region III tournament and will travel to face No.4 Corning Community College on Thursday, Oct. 26 at 4 p.m.
