This week in eSports:
Overwatch 2: The Overwatch team won its final game of the regular season and improved to 3-3 on the year. They defeated Carl Sandburg Overwatch program 3-0 last week in the best-of-five match.
Madden ’24: The Vikings Madden team forfeited last week against Hinds CC. The Madden team currently posts a 2-4 record and sits seventh in the East standings.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate:
HVCC: CUP – Team Cup lost its first match last week 3-1 to Mukegon’s Jyrem. In the second game of the evening, Cup recovered and defeated TSCC’s Alex F. 3-1 and currently sits in third place with a 9-3 record.
HVCC: Omnis – Team Omnis split its two matches last week. Omnis defeated WITCC’s rstick 3-0 in the opening match and then Omnis was defeated 3-1 by Ocean County’s PSO. Omnis is currently in fourth place with a 6-4 record.
