Thoughts from Campus Ministry – Stress

 

Feeling a little stressed lately?

  • Breathe deeply.
  • Get up from your desk and go for a walk. Strike up a conversation with a friend, colleague, or someone you don’t know.
  • Go with the flow.
  • Identify the stressor(s) – it could be trying to tell you something. Don’t ignore it. Try to diminish it’s power either by way of resolution, detachment, or acceptance.
  • Practice gratitude.
