Feeling a little stressed lately?
- Breathe deeply.
- Get up from your desk and go for a walk. Strike up a conversation with a friend, colleague, or someone you don’t know.
- Go with the flow.
- Identify the stressor(s) – it could be trying to tell you something. Don’t ignore it. Try to diminish it’s power either by way of resolution, detachment, or acceptance.
- Practice gratitude.
